We want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached and products are free of hair or dirt to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
